Does zeroink Case support Magsafe?

Zeroink Case is designed to support wireless charging, but it does not have magnetic attraction functionality. This is because the magnetic ring would interfere with the display effect of the e-ink screen.

Is the ZeroinkCase waterproof?
  • Humid Environments:Avoid using or storing in water-vapor dense areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, or poolside to prevent the screen or circuit from malfunctioning due to moisture.
  • Water-Related Scenarios:Strictly prohibit using during water contact activities such as swimming, boating, or water sports.

How to make the imaging effect of the e-ink screen better?

The Zeroink Case features Quadrichrome™ E-Paper Technology with four encapsulated pigment layers (black, white, red, yellow). For optimal imaging:

  1. Prioritize Warm Spectrum
    Leverage red/yellow-dominant visuals for enhanced vibrancy
  2. Activate Saturation Boost
    Enable filters: > Blues | Gothic | Lomo < to intensify color dynamics
  3. Avoid Cool Tones
    Blue-purple hues exhibit reduced color fidelity due to spectral limitations

When will I get my order?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before processing, but not after delivery.

How to return a product for a refund?

If the product has functional defects, we will give you a full refund or resend you a new product.

If you place the wrong order, we can give you a partial refund or give you a larger discount to place a new order. Because the shipping fees and taxes for returning the product are already nearly half of the product’s selling price.

We do not support free returns for reasons other than product functional defects.

Our products are manufactured in China.
